Revision to Expectations #4

There has been a revision to Expectation #4. It now reads: "

• The possession or use of any artificial noise maker by members of the general public on any property owned, operated, or controlled by ENMU, exceeding a decibel (dB) rating of 84 dB as registered by a handheld sound decibel meter. Examples include but are not limited to, megaphones, air horns, sirens, train horns. The possession and use of these items on university property within fifty (50) feet of a perimeter fence or university building is also prohibited.
