Portales High School BPA had a successful trip to the BPA National Leadership Conference in Nashville, TN last week.

Kylie Campbell and Veronica Caudillo made the stage as top ten finalists in Virtual Branding Team. Oscar Martinez-Delgado and Jonas Lennon were recognized for their Ambassador Torch Awards. As a chapter, we received BPA Cares recognition for our service projects. We were also one of the two New Mexico BPA chapters that were recognized for the Quality Chapter Distinction award. And last but not least, Bryn Privett passed her Certiport Entrepreneurship and Small Business certification exam.

Besides competitions, the students enjoyed meeting other BPA members from all over the world, attended the Grand Ole Opry, toured a Nashville based candy making company GooGoo Clusters where they got to make their own chocolate cluster, and experienced live music in downtown Nashville.

Thank you for your support of PHS BPA!
