Hello all!
We are calling tomorrow PMSD School Bus Day!! The reason is that NMPED takes a count twice a year to see how many students ride the bus. Then we are awarded funding based off that count. This funding is super important to Portales Schools because we use it to keep our buses maintained and updated to safety standards. The funding is even used to pay bus drivers, mechanics, ect. 

We're asking all students that ride the bus to please ride tomorrow, February 11th. The more students that ride, the more opportunity we have to keep our buses safe and comfortable for students to enjoy!
